About the compnay:
We are a fast-growing iGaming team looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who has a comprehensive background in B2B sales and key account management, particularly in the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate should be a goal-oriented strategic thinker who is not afraid to be on the frontline and can build, lead, and motivate the sales and account team to achieve targets. This position will be an important partner and core contributor in the key decision-making process by the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop the structure of the business’s sales and marketing team.
Design, improve, and execute a full sales framework, from lead generation, pipeline management, sales narrative, deal closing to achieve or exceed revenue target.
Act as the key connector between the client and internal teams when required for business projects. Support our clients’ operations to set them up for success.
Oversee, advise and execute contract negotiations and support new client’s preparation.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Organize and attend meetings, events, and industry exhibitions.
Handle and analyze reporting and data on daily/weekly/monthly and ad hoc reports. Review regular and ad hoc reports with executive teams to review results, opportunities, and areas of concern.

Successful Candidate:
A minimum of 5 years of iGaming experience, with a minimum of 3 years of sales manager/CMO/key account management experience.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with extensive contacts in the industry.
Presentable, willing to travel internationally, and work outside of normal office hours.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced presentation and analytical skills.
