Business Development Manager

Our client is one of the most prolific and well-recognised developers of games for the global igaming industry. In this role you will join as a Business Development Manager, on-site in Malta, acting as the key commercial representative for innovation studios and driving revenue across the product portfolio.

You will be the primary point of contact for operators and internal teams, blending market insight with practical action to maximise opportunities and ensure successful product launches.

• Develop a commercial plan to grow revenue, align with internal teams, and deliver to the defined roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product rollouts, canvassing market needs, aligning with operator objectives, and coordinating internal requirements.
• Review studio performance and market trends to identify opportunities and inform content strategy.
• Analyse KPIs, commercial data, and market intelligence to shape performance trajectories and actions.
• Maximise reach and value of new game releases through optimal distribution and commercial positioning.
• Represent the Studio(s) commercially in day-to-day interactions with customers, expanding the network and managing relationships; travel to industry events when required.
• Requirements: three years' experience in gambling or sales; excellent negotiation and presentation skills; fluent in English; strong interpersonal skills; ability to deliver targets; ability to identify and implement growth plans; understanding of technical processes and legal requirements; genuine interest in gaming.
