  • Shape and implement the company’s overall strategic vision.
  • Refine pricing strategies to optimize revenue and lead conversion.
  • Explore new verticals beyond gaming to expand market reach.
  • Set clear goals and provide guidance for operational teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Elevate the company’s brand through thought leadership and industry presence.
  • Assist in sales pitches and lead conversion efforts.

 

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in the technology / iGaming sector
  • Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS startup from a small team to a profitable enterprise
  • Established network in the gaming industry (casino/sports betting) or other relevant verticals
  • Strong understanding of CRM and CRM automation systems
  • Solid knowledge and passion for AI and machine learning
  • Experience with fundraising and investor relations would be beneficial
  • Based in London or open to relocation
