In this Commercial Manager role, our client seeks a hands-on professional to coordinate day-to-day commercial operations in the Brazil market. You will work across Marketing, CRM, Events, PR, and Affiliates to fuel growth, improve customer experience, and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate the day-to-day commercial operations in the market, ensuring smooth cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Provide updated information, analysis, and reports to management and relevant business units to drive well‑informed commercial and product decisions.
  • Maintain and update the Brazil marketing budget and related files, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Align with various departments on the Brazil market strategy and work with stakeholders to achieve it.
  • Interact daily with the Commercial department, HQ teams, and local team for requests, business needs, and projects.
  • Supervise or lead projects and initiatives that bring the market strategy and customer experience to life.
  • Analyze the commercial budget, costs, and performance KPIs, identify opportunities, and drive profitability.
  • Ensure internal cross‑departmental processes work efficiently; improve existing processes and build new ones when necessary.
  • Liaise with Finance on the alignment of commercial costs and KPIs.
  • Identify and raise flags to the Country Manager and Commercial team when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the online gaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial KPIs, customer metrics, and proven success in driving a P&L.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent English, both oral and written.
  • Good understanding of marketing is a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mastery of Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong ability to interpret BI reports and translate insights into strategic decisions.
  • Experience with process-driven operations is an advantage.
