Our client boasts several market leading brands in the iGaming space, including one of the world’s most exclusive poker brands. This role is in their division whose sole focus is online poker. From their humble beginnings, they have grown to a group of 200 people spanning the globe from their headquarters in Canada to their offices in Dublin, London, the Isle of Man, Malta and Seoul and currently hold the largest online poker market share globally. They are looking to add talented and passionate individuals that will help them continue this growth.
Role
We are are looking for a CRM Manager who will be directly responsible for creating and deploying new brand promotions, lifecycles and managing the promotions calendar. Reporting directly to the UK Director of Marketing but also working with BI and the Head of CRM and our client’s design studio to create the most effective lifecycles and brand promotions for UK customers. Measured on ability to impact top-line KPIs; main objectives of the role are to reduce churn, increase conversion rates, reactivate customers, improve customer satisfaction, and increase overall player lifetime value. Providing a high-quality content for the existing communicational channels such as emails, website and in-client channels, analysing site data and metrics to continuously improve your content and the product will be a main driver for quality communication.
- Maintain and action poker lifecycles aimed at engagement of existing players’ base and welcoming newly acquired players.
- Create engaging campaigns focused on different KPIs e.g., retention, growth, conversion etc.
- Monitor and report on KPIs across a comprehensive set of performance metrics.
- Report on promotions/campaigns for Poker but from time-to-time Casino products may also be a requirement.
- Follow and report on competitor activity within the area of online poker.
- Create quality content for CRM communication (emails, website, in-client comms).
- Be a proactive member of the UK marketing steering group contributing to the overall strategy.
Candidate requirements:
Qualifications and/or equivalent experience in CRM and general marketing.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the online gambling space (Poker would be an advantage).
An excellent understanding of Customer Relationship Management theory and practise.
Extensive experience in CRM tools and techniques.
Optimove and Tableau experience is an advantage.
Copywriting experience.
Strong knowledge of communications, web technology and customer journey.
Excellent written communication skills with ability to tailor communications to varied audiences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentational).
A strong conceptual thinker that knows how to bring a story to life.
Highly creative with excellent attention to detail.
A proven record of delivering against targets.
