Director of Partnerships

You will lead partnerships strategy for our client, focusing on media and iGaming sectors. Based remotely in the United States, you will collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and legal to build a robust partnerships roadmap from ground zero. Your end-to-end ownership of the relationship lifecycle will see you identify potential partners, negotiate deals, and deliver measurable value. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, with a clear path to growth as you shape the direction of the partnerships function. Your background in sales, account management, business development, or customer service will help you thrive in this blended role.

- Requirements: 10+ years in media or iGaming, proven book of business, strong deal negotiation, experience with cross-functional teams, excellent communication, ability to travel as needed.
- Responsibilities: Build and own the partnerships roadmap, source and secure strategic partnerships, manage key relationships, drive revenue through partnerships, monitor performance, report outcomes, and refine strategies.
- Collaborate as both strategist and hands-on operator, guiding teams while rolling up your sleeves when needed.
- Maintain a customer-first approach, aligning partner value with our client goals and market needs.
