On a day-to-day basis, working as a Live Chat Agent means having close contact with players via email and live chat to resolve customers’ issues and enquiries to ensure the best possible customer experience. You will also build bridges internally, working closely with their Payments, Fraud, CRM and Tech teams .

They provide an extensive training program and teach you everything you need to know about the iGaming industry and will even offer a relocation package and an apartment for your first few weeks and give you guidance on finding a more permanent option. You would need to be fluent in English and Dutch. This role is on a 6-8 weekly shift schedule set well in advance.
