Finance Administrator
Our client, a leading eSports and online gaming provider, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join the Finance Department on-site in South Africa. You will process player payments, manage account transactions, and help keep financial records accurate and efficient in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a clear path for career growth as our client expands its operations.
While you work on-site, you will collaborate with teams across Customer Support and Compliance to maintain smooth payment processing and strong controls.
- Process and approve player deposits and withdrawals accurately and within prescribed turnaround times.
- Load, reconcile, and maintain player account balances in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor daily payment transactions and investigate discrepancies or irregular activity.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
- Liaise with Customer Support, Compliance, and other internal departments to resolve payment-related queries.
- Assist with reporting, audits, and other finance-related administrative functions.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by the Finance Department.
