Head of Acquisition
You are invited to shape growth as our client’s Head of Acquisition, a leadership role in a fast‑growing online gaming brand redefining how players engage with casino entertainment. This role is remote globally, and relocation is not offered. You will report to the General Manager and help scale a sustainable acquisition engine that balances growth, profitability, and player quality.
In this position, you own all new player growth, develop testing frameworks, and build partnerships that deliver long‑term value across channels. You will work with Analytics, Product, and Creative teams to optimize conversion and measure impact, while leading a high‑performing team.
- Acquisition Strategy & Performance: Own strategy, budgets, and growth targets across all channels; scale player acquisition efficiently while preserving quality.
- Affiliate & Partnership Growth: Build and manage relationships with affiliates, publishers, and partners; expand contributions and protect player quality.
- Channel Expansion & SEO: Diversify across paid media, partnerships, SEO, and emerging channels; develop scalable programs.
- Measurement & Optimization: Partner with Analytics to track ROAS, retention, and player value; improve forecasting and attribution, guiding long‑term decisions.
- Leadership: Build and lead a high‑performing acquisition team; manage agencies and vendors; establish clear processes and reporting rhythms.
- 12‑Month Plan & Impact: Scale across multiple channels, diversify partnerships, and create a repeatable growth engine that supports future scale.
You should bring 7+ years in acquisition or growth leadership, a strong track record with budget and target delivery, and excellent communication skills. Preferred experience includes Sweepstakes or iGaming, strong affiliate program experience, and familiarity with attribution and marketing analytics platforms. You are a builder who thrives on speed, accountability, and experimentation, and you focus on high‑quality players who create long‑term value.
