Head of Data

You will join our client, the online crypto casino built by experienced players who know what real gamblers want. There is one vacancy for a Head of Data based in Malta, with regional remote options to suit your location.

In this role you shape data strategy, lead analytics, and drive AI-powered decisions that move the business forward in iGaming. You will work closely with product, marketing, risk and operations to turn data into tangible outcomes.

• Lead data strategy, governance, reporting and the data roadmap across the business, aligning with product, marketing, finance and risk.
• Define KPIs, data quality standards, data architecture, data pipelines, and data privacy controls to support growth.
• Build AI-driven analytics capabilities, dashboards, BI tools, advanced modelling, and self-serve insights for teams across the company.
• Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and BI specialists in a flat, fast-moving environment, fostering learning.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, risk, and operations to translate data into clear decisions, actions, and optimised customer journeys.
• Drive data-driven decision making by delivering timely insights, scenario planning, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure data privacy, regulatory compliance, and ethical data practices across all data workstreams.
• Bring a proactive, AI-minded mindset, staying ahead of trends and introducing innovative approaches to data use.
• Requirements: Experience in iGaming is essential; you are highly analytical and data-driven; you enjoy shaping strategy; you are Malta-based or willing to be based in Malta; you are comfortable with remote regional work; you have strong communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
