Head of LatAm - iGaming

Overview:

We are working with an industry leading, global, iGaming and slots provider, that is looking for an iGaming Executive to strategically lead and drive the businesses success in the LATAM market. This includes the responsibility for formulating and executing the LATAM strategy, achieving revenue targets, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).

This role will create and execute operational plans, conduct commercial negotiations, and identify new revenue channels to ensure market entry success and revenue diversification.

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for delivering the LatAm strategy.
  • Accountable for achieving LatAm revenue targets and associated KPIs
  • Build out and develop high delivering commercial team across multiple markets – new business, existing business and game sales
  • Create and execute clear operational plans across partnership, new business and game sales to achieve LatAm strategy
  • Lead commercial negotiations for all LatAm business development opportunities, driving our effective charging rate positively.
  • Accountable for ensuring market entry success targets are met
  • Identify and assess new revenue channels (product diversification, new products and similar.) and take these through to implementation
  • Build, maintain and develop a core network of contacts, including C-level relationships across all LatAm customers to enable access to commercially viable opportunities to the company
  • Work with global new business function, ensure new business pipeline is maximised including, commercials, swift integration timelines and strong launch.
  • Work with support functions of compliance, finance, tech, HR to ensure the full LatAm focused business is achieving overall LatAm strategy
  • Set clear goals for marketing to achieve LatAm brand awareness and events area of the strategy, working with global marketing function.
  • Act as the Location Head for the LatAm region.
  • In-depth understanding of the LatAm market, including its cultural nuances, business dynamics, regulatory environment, industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the LatAm region.
  • Experienced in building and managing high-performing commercial teams, covering new business acquisition, existing business growth, and game sales

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving revenue targets and KPIs in a commercial or business development capacity within the LatAm market.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans, including market entry strategies and revenue diversification efforts.
  • Established network of contacts and relationships with key stakeholders in the LatAm market, particularly at the C-level.
  • Experience working collaboratively with various internal functions to drive business success in the LatAm region.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and tactics for enhancing brand awareness and event execution in the LatAm market.
