Position: Head of Operations / General Manager
Company Office located in Pasig City, Manila, Philippines.
Job Summary:
The Head of Operations / General Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire iGaming platform’s operations, ensuring the seamless execution of the online casino’s services, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory frameworks. This role will drive operational strategies, manage a large team, and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure profitability and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the iGaming platform, ensuring smooth functionality, high performance, and availability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance user engagement, retention, and profitability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as customer support, IT, marketing, and product development to ensure service excellence.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture across operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., PAGCOR) related to iGaming, data security, and responsible gaming.
- Manage partnerships with external technology providers and payment gateways to ensure system reliability.
- Monitor and improve KPIs related to player activity, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure successful launches and campaigns.
- Regularly report operational performance to the senior management team, suggesting data-driven improvements.
- Manage the financial performance of operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
- May require occasional travel for industry events or meetings with international partners.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in operations management, specifically in iGaming, online casinos, or related digital industries.
- Strong understanding of iGaming operations, player lifecycle management, and customer retention strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record in overseeing online platform performance and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the online gaming regulatory landscape, particularly in the Philippines and Asia.
- Experience with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
