Influencer Manager

You will join our client, a leading online crypto casino, as an Influencer Manager. In this role you will build and manage influencer partnerships that drive new players, increase lifetime value, and strengthen brand presence across regions. You will own the influencer funnel from discovery to performance measurement, coordinating with marketing, creative, and product teams to turn bold ideas into campaigns that perform. You will work in a hybrid setup based in Malta, with some days on site and some remote, and you will collaborate with a diverse team that values speed, candour, and results. Relocation is visa relocation supported, and you will only be considered for relocation if you already hold a relevant visa.

• 2+ years in Influencer and Partnerships management, delivering campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and measurable ROI.
• Strong understanding of short-form video platforms, especially TikTok, translating trends into creative, compliant campaigns.
• Ability to source, connect with, and pitch influencers; strong negotiation and contract management to secure partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns from brief to delivery, including concept development, approvals, tracking, payments, and post-campaign analysis.
• Build and maintain an influencer pipeline, monitor metrics, optimise spend, and report results to stakeholders.

You do not need a crypto background, though it would be helpful. You will join a fast-moving, supportive team that values clear communication, curiosity, and accountability.
