Marketing Manager - Sweden
You’re invited to join our client as a Marketing Manager focused on Sweden, based in Malta with a hybrid working pattern. You will accelerate player acquisition and grow the Swedish market, turning global strategies into local, high impact campaigns while ensuring compliance with Swedish regulations. This is a strategic execution role where you guide the Swedish marketing effort, oversee campaigns, and partner with affiliates and communities to reach poker players in Sweden. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver quality work on time, drawing on your passion for poker and your understanding of the local market. Your work will cover marketing, CRM, events, PR, and affiliates, helping to build sustainable growth.
- 5+ years in marketing roles with a focus on customer acquisition and market growth.
- Native-level Swedish and excellent English.
- Passion for poker and industry familiarity.
- Strong organisational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple streams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience overseeing marketing quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead Swedish customer acquisition efforts: drive campaigns, analyse and optimise conversion funnels, and improve performance.
- Oversee local campaign execution: localisation for copy, messaging, and player materials; ensure campaigns are compliant and delivered on time.
- Develop partnerships with affiliates, streamers, and poker communities; provide partners with accurate, on-brand materials.
- Ensure compliance with Swedish regulations: follow the Swedish Gambling Act, Spelinspektionen guidelines, and responsible gambling standards.
