Marketing Supervisor
Job Description:
As a Marketing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, website content management and engagement for the iGaming platform. You will be responsible for assisting a team of marketing professionals along with the Marketing Manager in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products within the highly competitive online gaming market.
Responsibilities:
· Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to inspire creativity and productivity for the website content such as web banners, games segmentations, promos and bonuses.
· Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition by spear-heading the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) which includes players’ segmentation and key visuals and messages designed for the segment.
· Oversee together with the Marketing Manager the planning, execution, and optimization of online and offline marketing campaigns of FBM E-Motion.
· Collaborate along with the Marketing Manager and creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
· Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain online gaming customers.
· Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing plans.
· Regularly analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
· Identify opportunities for improvement and implement A/B testing strategies.
· Stay updated on iGaming regulations and ensure all marketing activities comply with legal requirements.
