Oracle Transformation Project Manager
Our client is a global, tech-enabled consulting firm that specialises in Technology Consulting as one of its Businesses. You will join as an Oracle Transformation Project Manager and will lead large Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programmes for clients across the GCC, while working with senior partners and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and transformation programmes, focusing on Oracle Financials Cloud and related modules such as Procurement, SCM, HCM, and EPM where applicable.
- Oversee planning, testing, deployment, stabilisation, and legacy ERP migration activities.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality to secure successful delivery outcomes.
- Establish governance, reporting frameworks, and risk management processes across engagements.
- Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Conduct Steering Committee meetings and provide executive-level project reporting.
- Advise senior stakeholders on Oracle ERP modernization and digital transformation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions.
- Build and manage relationships with client leadership, implementation teams, and third-party vendors.
- Support business development through proposals, RFP responses, client presentations, and solution development.
- Demonstrate knowledge of circular economy models and appropriate implementation solutions.
Candidate should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Financials Cloud and related Oracle Cloud modules.
- Proven success delivering large-scale Oracle transformation programmes within consulting environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional, multi-vendor, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior client stakeholders.
- Experience delivering projects for clients across the GCC and Middle East region.
- Strong understanding of GCC business practices and regulatory environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing legislation and project demand.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
