You will join our client, a leading online poker brand, as a Project & New Business Manager for Integrated Campaigns. In this role, you will sit at the centre of marketing, PR, creative, social, partnerships and live events, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. You will coordinate across teams and external partners, balancing creativity with process to grow new business opportunities. This London-based, hybrid role is offered by our client for one vacancy. Please note that relocation is not offered.

  • Responsibilities: Own timelines for integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution; build and manage detailed project plans; track progress and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks; ensure deliverables are clear and deadlines are met; manage budget tracking in collaboration with finance and department heads.
  • Coordinate cross-team activities across PR, social, creative, content, events and commercial teams; run weekly status meetings; secure internal sign-offs on time; align messaging across channels.
  • Support delivery timelines for live events and brand activations; coordinate external suppliers and partners; ensure materials are produced and delivered on schedule.
  • Improve workflow systems and reporting; introduce efficient tools and templates for campaign tracking; conduct post-campaign reviews and reporting.
  • Support new business and partnerships; liaise with prospects to scope campaigns, produce proposals, timelines and budgets; cultivate relationships to enable smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Requirements: 3-6+ years' experience in project management, campaign management or integrated marketing.
  • Experience across multi-channel campaigns (PR, social, digital, events); strong stakeholder management; confident running meetings.
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, ClickUp or similar).
  • Desirable experience in regulated or fast-moving industries (e.g., sports, gaming, betting, entertainment, alcohol); experience managing live events or experiential campaigns; agency background or experience working with external agencies.
