To help our client achieve its strategic growth goals, we are currently looking for an experienced business analyst to collaborate across teams and drive efficiency and improvements.  Responsibilities will include:

•    Collaborating with other teams, such as ACQ, CRM, VIP, and customer service, to ensure that the CRM system is being used effectively and to identify areas for improvement.
•    Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer data and interactions.
•    Helping to implement new sales and marketing campaigns by developing segmented lists of target customers and tracking their engagement.
•    Review and analyze the performance of the marketing units.
•    Develop advanced optimization plans for ACQ/retention campaigns.
•    Monitor closely the performance of the business.
•    Proactive attitude towards continuous business optimization.

Candidate Requirments

This full-time position must be based in our client’s office in Sofia and we are looking for candidates with the following:

•    Experience with ACQ, CRM and VIP business units.
•    The ability to take large amounts of data and distill it into actionable insights.
•    A strong understanding of gambling sector through direct experience.
•    Strong Excel knowledge.
•    SQL Knowledge
•    Strong problem-solving skills.
•    The ability to think critically, in order to question assumptions and come to unbiased conclusions.
•    The ability to communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Strong project management skills, in order to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
•    The ability to listen to customers and understand their needs in order to develop relevant solutions.
