Senior Company Administrator / Assistant Manager
You will join our client’s well-established corporate services team in Douglas, Isle of Man, as a Senior Company Administrator or Assistant Manager. This on-site role supports a portfolio of client entities, helping ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day administration to a high standard. You will work closely with colleagues across the business in a supportive, team-oriented environment that offers long-term career opportunities and the chance to work with a broad range of international clients.
- Coordinating board and shareholder meetings, preparing agendas, board packs, minutes, and written resolutions.
- Supporting ongoing administration of client entities, ensuring accurate records and strong corporate governance.
- Assisting with regulatory, AML and risk monitoring activities, including periodic client reviews and due diligence.
- Managing statutory records and ensuring regulatory filings are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintaining and updating client records within the administration system.
- Supporting contract administration, including third-party due diligence and documentation reviews.
- Preparing corporate documentation and information packs for client entities as required.
- Providing support with payment processing across multiple banking platforms, following internal controls and procedures.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients to ensure a consistently high level of service.
- Contributing to wider team initiatives and providing support across the business as required.
- Organised, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach; able to manage your own workload, work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in company or corporate administration within a professional services environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
- A proactive, client-focused approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Desirable: experience within the eGaming sector.
- Desirable: familiarity with corporate administration systems such as Viewpoint or similar.
This role does not support relocation.
