Senior DevOps Engineer
Our client is the ultimate online crypto casino, built by experienced players who know what real gamblers want. In this role, you will join as a Senior DevOps Engineer to help keep our platform fast, secure, and highly available for players around the world.
This is a remote-first position with global reach. You can work from anywhere, coordinating with a cross-functional team and adhering to security, reliability, and performance standards. You will bring hands-on experience with cloud, automation, and container platforms to ensure smooth deployments and rapid incident response.
What you will do includes the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
- Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Configure edge and security layers with Cloudflare Workers, DNS, WAF, and CDN settings.
- Container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Plan and execute DNS cutovers to minimise downtime.
- Validate data and manage rollback procedures to protect deployments.
- Set up monitoring and alerting with CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or similar tools.
- Implement logging pipelines using CloudWatch Logs, Loki, and the ELK stack.
- Lead incident response and perform blameless post-mortems to improve resilience.
