Social Media Specialist 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Planning

·          Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube that align with overall marketing goals which includes content planning, paid ads, organic reach, influencer management and content seeding.

·          Ideate and curate high-quality content that engages with target audiences across various social media platforms and is responsible for collaborating with the Creative Lead,Graphic Designer, Copy Writer and Videographer to push the content production.

·          Schedule the approved content ideas and create captions and copies in ASANA for  a more organised content calendar for the creative team.

·          Manage social media accounts, including posting content and maintaining brand voice and image.

·          Monitor and analyse social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement and create a monthly report.

·          Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices and adjust social media strategies accordingly.

·          Do competitor analysis and research to the social media pages of the competitors.

Community Management

·          Monitor and moderate social media channels to maintain a positive brand image and foster community engagement.

·          Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, providing helpful and informative responses to followers.

·          Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to build relationships and increase brand reach.

·          Develop and implement crisis communication plans to handle negative feedback and online controversies.

 

Digital Marketing Strategies

·          Collaborate with digital agencies and stakeholders for paid ads, PPC or Pay-Per-Click and lead generation to amplify brand reach and engagement.
