Overview: 

Global slots B2B provider is looking for a Sr./Key Account Manager to help nurture, build, and grow their presence in North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Build successful long-term business relationships with multiple business partners;
  • Identify business opportunities with existing and new clients and understand their business needs;
  • Monitor business performance, analysis, and report key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Supply customers with the relevant standard and regulatory-specific documentation;
  • Plan and push promotion activities with clients; 
  • Handle and prioritize clients’ requests and coordinate with internal product and support teams on a daily basis;
  • Cooperate closely with other account managers and product teams and take care of the prompt flow of information;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications: 

  • Extensive key account management experience in iGaming or betting industry (5+ years);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels;
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Advanced presentation skills;
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
