Overview:
Global slots B2B provider is looking for a Sr./Key Account Manager to help nurture, build, and grow their presence in North America.
Responsibilities:
- Build successful long-term business relationships with multiple business partners;
- Identify business opportunities with existing and new clients and understand their business needs;
- Monitor business performance, analysis, and report key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Supply customers with the relevant standard and regulatory-specific documentation;
- Plan and push promotion activities with clients;
- Handle and prioritize clients’ requests and coordinate with internal product and support teams on a daily basis;
- Cooperate closely with other account managers and product teams and take care of the prompt flow of information;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Extensive key account management experience in iGaming or betting industry (5+ years);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels;
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Advanced presentation skills;
- Willingness to travel as needed.
