Sr. SEO Manager
Our client, a fast-growing online media company in the sports betting space, is building cutting-edge products with a world-class team and the latest tech. We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy from Canada, in a hybrid role with no relocation support.
You will own and evolve our organic growth across traditional search, AIO, and GEO for NA-focused assets. This is a hands-on role where you’ll optimize content, spot growth levers, and run experiments across emerging organic channels. You’ll also help shape how we approach organic visibility in an era of AI-powered search and generative engines.
Your impact will include:
- Develop and execute holistic organic growth strategies across SEO, AIO, and GEO for NA-focused assets.
- Serve as an SEO expert to Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content teams, translating data into action.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and SERP dynamics to identify opportunities and algorithm-driven shifts.
- Drive visibility across search and AI-powered discovery platforms, including generative search and entity-based experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technical SEO initiatives (crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema, site migrations).
- Guide content planning, internal linking, and topic clustering for evergreen and real-time content.
What you’ll bring includes at least six years in SEO, a track record of growing high-scale, content-rich sites, and hands-on plus strategic strength across on-page, technical, and off-page SEO. You should translate complex data into clear steps, and communicate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-have: experience with sports betting or iGaming, international SEO, and real-time sports content.
Benefits include a discretionary bonus, generous leave, and flexible work arrangements, with opportunities for development and global events. Our client is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes diverse perspectives. If you need reasonable adjustments during the application process, contact your Talent Partner.
Note: this role is based in Canada, with hybrid working arrangements. Relocation is not supported.
