To help our client achieve its strategic growth goals, we are currently looking for a Studio Manager to join their team of talented employees and freelancers. The position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio and producing high-quality materials to enhance our client’s brand's value. The responsibilities will include:

•    Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. 
•    Managing and mentoring a team of creative professionals, providing guidance and support. 
•    Coordinating projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. 
•    Allocating resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and studio space. 
•    Acting as the primary point of contact for freelancers, managing communications, expectations, and feedback. 
•    Ensuring all work produced by the studio meets high standards of quality and aligns with the company’s brand guidelines. 
•    Planning and maintaining the studio schedule, balancing multiple projects and deadlines. 
•    Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that arise within the studio, implementing effective solutions. 
•    Fostering a positive and collaborative studio culture, encouraging creativity and innovation. 

Candidate requirements:

•    Strong ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of creative professionals. 
•    Proficiency in managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously. 
•    Knowledge of studio operations, workflows, and best practices. 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with freelancers, team members, and stakeholders. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve studio-related challenges. 
•    Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all studio outputs. 
•    Experience with project management tools and software. 
•    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. 
•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media Production, Film, Art, Design) or equivalent work experience (at least 3 years). 
•    Proven experience working with illustrators and managing illustration projects.
