Swedish Account Manager (VIP)

We are seeking a commercially driven VIP Account Manager with native Swedish language skills to manage and grow our client's operator portfolio within the Swedish-speaking market. You will act as the primary point of contact for their Swedish B2B clients, building strong long-term partnerships while driving platform adoption and revenue growth.
Based in Europe with remote, regional work, you will collaborate across our client’s teams to serve a diverse client base. Relocation is not offered for this role.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main relationship owner for a portfolio of Swedish-market B2B clients
- Onboard new clients
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance discussions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs
- Monitor client KPIs and proactively address retention risks
- Represent client feedback internally to help shape product development
- Attend relevant industry events and trade shows as required
What we are looking for
- Native Swedish speaker with strong written and verbal English
- 2+ years of account management or client-facing experience
- Understanding of the Swedish iGaming market and its regulatory landscape is a strong advantage
- Confident communicator with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
