Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR managers to source and recruit for designated roles in our Live Casino division.
  • Employ innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research, event participation, and relationship management.
  • Work with recruitment agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts when necessary.
  • Serve as an effective representative of the company to potential candidates and external partners.
  • Work with hiring managers throughout the interview process to create job descriptions, identify suitable candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
  • Regularly meet with hiring managers to discuss current hiring needs and candidate statuses.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights into the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in recruiting, whether as an external or internal recruiter.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success in generating and assessing candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in internet research, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Professional-level English proficiency.
  • Experience with ATS, particularly Jobvite, is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a product organization is advantageous.
