Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR managers to source and recruit for designated roles in our Live Casino division.
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research, event participation, and relationship management.
- Work with recruitment agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts when necessary.
- Serve as an effective representative of the company to potential candidates and external partners.
- Work with hiring managers throughout the interview process to create job descriptions, identify suitable candidates, manage the candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
- Regularly meet with hiring managers to discuss current hiring needs and candidate statuses.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights into the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Solid background in recruiting, whether as an external or internal recruiter.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in generating and assessing candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in internet research, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Professional-level English proficiency.
- Experience with ATS, particularly Jobvite, is a plus.
- Previous experience in a product organization is advantageous.
