VIP Account Manager
You will join our client as a VIP Account Manager, based in Malta with a hybrid work pattern. Our client is the premier online crypto casino, built by experienced players who know what real gamblers want. In this role, you will manage high-value players, deliver personalised service, and help grow the business in a fast-paced crypto casino environment. You bring at least two years of experience as a VIP host or Account Manager in iGaming, with crypto casino experience preferred. Fluent English is essential, and German language skills are a bonus. The position offers visa relocation support to move to Malta and a hybrid setup that blends in-office and remote work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, delivering tailored service and proactive support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, coordinating with product, marketing, and operations to create personalised experiences.
- Identify upsell opportunities, assist with onboarding high-value players, and help drive business growth.
- Monitor client activity, report on performance, and use data to optimise strategies and rewards.
- Ensure compliance with gaming rules and risk controls, upholding the highest ethical standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and the VIP experience.
- 2+ years experience as a VIP host or Account Manager in iGaming; crypto native casino experience is preferred.
- Fluent English; German language skills are a bonus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; strong problem solving ability.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta; visa relocation is supported for this role.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment and a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
