VP, Sales & Revenue
Our client is seeking a Vice President, Sales & Revenue to lead the commercial growth strategy for gaming solutions across jurisdictions. In this senior role, you will blend executive leadership with hands-on deal execution, shaping the revenue roadmap and guiding a high-performing team as part of a broader leadership group. Based in Austin, Texas with regional remote options, you’ll travel as needed to build partnerships, close strategic deals, and enter new markets.

- Own and define the overall commercial strategy and revenue roadmap, aligned with growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new market expansion opportunities across jurisdictions, considering regulatory and competitive dynamics.
- Set revenue targets, build pipeline plans, and track performance with clear KPIs.
- Lead and develop a high-impact commercial team, including Account Executives and Strategic Partnership Managers.
- Close high-value deals, negotiate partnerships, and manage complex contract structures.
- Foster executive relationships with operators, regulators, and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align strategy with product roadmap and messaging.
- Oversee customer growth, retention, upsell, and cross-sell within existing relationships.
- Travel up to 50% and navigate multiple time zones to support global growth.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business fields (MBA preferred), 10+ years in sales or commercial leadership, 5+ years in a senior role with revenue responsibility, and proven success in gaming or related markets. You should be data-driven, highly organized, and able to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders while maintaining a strong executive presence.
